SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION 

Shipping

We utilize reputable courier services l to transport the fully insured merchandise, and shipping inside India is free of charge. If you can't be there when it's delivered, you can phone them back to arrange for a second delivery or you can pick it up from their place of business.

Any delays brought on by unanticipated time lags in the courier firms' delivery of the packages to the client, or if the customer is not present at the time of delivery, are not our responsibility.

The estimated time for shipping our products takes approximately between 3-8 business days.

Cancellations

We have the right to accept or reject cancellation requests for any reason in the event that they are made. In accordance with standard business procedure, we will cancel the order and issue you a credit note if we receive a cancellation notice but the order has not yet been processed or confirmed by us. Only requests to cancel orders that are submitted within 48 hours of placing an order on the site will be considered valid and accepted. Orders that have already been processed by us cannot be canceled, nor can those for which a cancellation request is filed after 48  hours have passed since the order was placed. Whether an order has been processed or not is entirely up to us. The User consents not to contest our judgment and to comply with our decision on the cancellation.
