RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns
All returns will be considered and honored within 5-7 days of the delivery date. All exchanged products must be brand new, unopened, and come with all of their original tags and packaging.
The product will not be accepted for return;
- if the tag seal, which loops around the main label to the price tags, is broken.
- If a product does not live up to your expectations, you can email frankliotechnology@gmail.com to request a return.
A new website feature gives you the option to create a return request from the "Manage orders" panel, where you can include a reason for the return.
Refund
When placing a return request with customer service, it typically takes 5-7 days to initiate a reimbursement after the merchandise has passed quality control. After being sent to our warehouse, the item goes through a quality inspection, which takes roughly two days. Depending on the method of payment you select, you may or may not receive a refund.
